This policy explains how Pragee Technologies LLP ("we") handles your personal data when you shop at Its Oddly Useful.

What we collect

• Order details: name, mobile number, email, delivery address and the items you buy.
• Payment: payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
• Newsletter: your email, only if you choose to subscribe.
• Technical: basic logs (IP address, browser) to keep the store secure.

Why we use it

To process and deliver your order, call you to confirm it, send order updates and invoices, handle returns, meet our legal and tax obligations (including GST records), and — only with your consent — send our newsletter.

Sharing

We share only what's needed with: Razorpay (payments), courier partners (delivery), and our email provider (order emails). We don't sell your data.

Retention

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires. Newsletter data is deleted when you unsubscribe.

Your rights
