Shipping policy

We ship across India from our own studio. Every order is packed by us.

When we ship

• Orders are shipped only after payment is received.
• We usually dispatch within 1–3 working days of payment and will call you on the number you gave us if anything needs confirming.
• You'll get the courier name and tracking number by email (and on your order page) when it ships.

Charges

• Shipping is free on orders of ₹999 or more (after any coupon).
• Below that, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 (including GST) applies. It's shown before you pay.

Delivery time

Most metro deliveries arrive in 3–7 working days after dispatch. Remote PIN codes can take longer. Delivery estimates come from our courier partners and aren't guaranteed.
